paragraph 1 WpHG (German Securities Trading Act), that due to the return of
the loan shares his voting rights in Wirecard AG, Grasbrunn/Munich, Germany
have exceeded the threshold of 3% on 5th December 2007 and then amounted to
3.02 % (2,456,973 voting rights).
