on 4th April 2008 Oyster Asset Management S. A. in its capacity as
discretionary investment manager has fallen below the threshold of 5 % of
the voting rights in Wirecard AG, Grasbrunn/Munich, Germany and now holds
4.17 % (3,396,000 voting rights). These voting rights are attributed to
Oyster Asset Management S.A. in accordance with § 22 paragraph 1 sentence 1
Nr. 6 WpHG and are held by the sub fund Oyster European Opportunities and
other funds.
