Trading Act), that via shares its voting rights in Wirecard AG,
Grasbrunn/Munich, Germany (ISIN DE0007472060, WKN 747206) have exceeded the
threshold of 3% on 23rd April 2008 and then amounted to 3.10 % (2,523,581
voting rights). These voting rights were attributable to Fidelity
Management & Research Company according to article 22, para. 1, sent. 1
number 6 WpHG.
2. FMR LLC, Boston, Massachusetts, USA has informed us, according to
article 21, paragraph 1 WpHG (German Securities Trading Act), that via
shares its voting rights in Wirecard AG, Grasbrunn/Munich, Germany (ISIN
DE0007472060, WKN 747206) have exceeded the threshold of 3% on 23rd April
2008 and then amounted to 3.10 % (2,523,581 voting rights). These voting
rights were attributable to FMR LLC according to article 22, para. 1, sent.
1 number 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.
