shares its voting rights in Wirecard AG, Grasbrunn/Munich, Germany have
exceeded the threshold of 3 % on 1st of July 2008 and then amounted to 3.07
% (2,503,245 voting rights). These 3.07 % (2,503,245 voting rights) were
attributable to Wasatch Funds, Inc. according to article 22 paragraph 1
sentence 1 number 6 WpHG.

article 21, paragraph 1 WpHG (German Securities Trading Act), that via
shares its voting rights in Wirecard AG, Grasbrunn/Munich, Germany have
exceeded the threshold of 3 % on 1st of July 2008 and then amounted to 3.07
% (2,503,245 voting rights). These 3.07 % (2,503,245 voting rights) were
attributable to WA Holdings, Inc. according to article 22 paragraph 1
sentence 1 number 6 in connection with article 22 paragraph 1 sentence 2
WpHG.
