Trading Act), that via shares its voting rights in Wirecard AG,
Grasbrunn/Munich, Germany have exceeded the threshold of 3 % on 15th of
July 2008 and then amounted to 3.06 % (2,495,380 voting rights). These 3.06
% (2,495,380 voting rights) were attributable to Capital Research and
Management Company according to article 22 paragraph 1 sentence 1 number 6
