that via shares its voting rights in Wirecard AG, Grasbrunn/Munich, Germany
have fallen below the threshold of 3 % on 30th January 2009 and amounted to
1.45 % (1,474,628 voting rights) as per this date. These 1.45 % (1,474,628
voting rights) were attributable to William Blair & Company, LLC according
to Section 22, paragraph 1, sentence 1 number 6 WpHG.
