1. Alken Asset Management LLP (former Vauban Asset Management LLP), London,
United Kingdom has informed us, according to Section 21, paragraph 1 WpHG
(German Securities Trading Act), that via shares its voting rights in
Wirecard AG, Grasbrunn/Munich, Germany have fallen below the threshold of 5
% and 3 % on 25th May 2007 and amounted to 0.44 % (349,526 voting rights)
as per this date. These 0.44 % (349,526 voting rights) were attributable to
Alken Asset Management LLP according to Section 22, paragraph 1, sentence 1
number 6 WpHG.
2. Virmont S.à.r.l., Luxembourg, Luxembourg has informed us, according to
Section 21, paragraph 1 WpHG (German Securities Trading Act), that via
shares its voting rights in Wirecard AG, Grasbrunn/Munich, Germany have
exceeded the threshold of 3 % and 5 % on 25th May 2007 and amounted to 6.33
% (5,018,038 voting rights) as per this date. These 6.33 %(5,018,038 voting
rights) were attributable to Virmont S.à.r.l. according to Section 22,
paragraph 1, sentence 1 number 6 WpHG. All of these voting rights are held
by Alken Fund SICAV whose percentage of voting rights is 3 % or more.
