The following entities have notified us of the following changes in voting
rights:
1. On June 8, 2009, the stake of Artisan Partners Limited Partnership
(until recently known as NewCo LP), Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA, in the
voting rights in Wirecard AG, Grasbrunn/Munich, Germany, exceeded the
threshold of 3%. On that date, Artisan Partners Limited Partnership held
4.97% in relation to all voting rights in Wirecard AG (5,058,483 shares).
All such voting rights were attributed to Artisan Partners Limited
Partnership pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG. Of such voting
rights 4.74 % (4,821,666 voting rights) were held by Artisan Funds, Inc.
2. On June 8, 2009, the stake of Artisan Investments GP LLC, Milwaukee,
Wisconsin, USA, in the voting rights in Wirecard AG, Grasbrunn/Munich,
Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3%. On that date, Artisan Investments GP
LLC held 4.97 % in relation to all voting rights in Wirecard AG (5,058,483
shares).
All such voting rights were attributed to Artisan Investments GP LLC
pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sentences 2 and
3 WpHG. Of such voting rights 4.74 % (4,821,666 voting rights) were held by
Artisan Funds, Inc.
